Ezri's Biography
Name : Ezri Dax (after a character on Star Trek : DS9)
Date O.O.P. : July 10th 2000
Adoption Date : September 10th 2000
Length : 5.5 inches (tail is 6 inches)
Favorite Foods : Ezri loves papaya and mango best, although she takes great interest in whatever I happen to be eating at the moment as well.
Favorite Bugs : Being a connisseur of all things creepy-crawly, Ezri has a wide range of tastes in this 'food group'. Ultimately, her palette prefers the delight of live mealworms, although frozen 'wormsicles' have been known to draw out happy noises from her as well.
Favorite Toy : When we first got Ezri, one of the first toys that we bought was a feather teaser... it had about 8 feathers on it of varying size and color.... The poor toy has been so abused over the last few months that its down to its last feather. We plan on holding a memorial service for it when it passes from this Earth.
Aspirations : Ezri's goal in life is to return to her native land of Austraila and join the Royal Australian Air Force. She wants to be on the Dive Bomber Squad. To train for this, she climbs to the tops of our curtains and sees how close she can land to our eyes. She's so particular about this that she won't jump to you unless you are looking at her. Her aim is getting better each day. *sigh*
Favorite Moments : Ezri loves the quiet part of play time, just as I start to get worn out, when I'm laying on the couch relaxing and usually catching a quick snack. As soon as she thinks I'm not looking, she's trying to steal my food. See photographic evidence below:
